About

We are a family owned holding company with a passion for preserving and growing remarkable businesses.

Having built and sold companies of our own, we understand wanting to see the results of your hard work preserved and your legacy continued. We’ve been where you are, which is why we only invest our own capital into well-run businesses with no intention of selling them. We will only ever promise to do what we feel is realistic and achievable. We’re in this for the long-term and through experience we know who we’re best suited to as partners.

We bring with us a wealth of expertise in business growth, from both a financial and operational perspective, whilst also respecting the skill and knowledge of your team. Acting as a partner for sustainable growth and opening up new opportunities for the businesses we invest in is what we do best. We’re here to add value and not to create change for the sake of change.

Not only does our team hold a strong understanding of business investment and growth strategy, we also appreciate the hard work, dedication and compromises that come with growing a business from scratch. Using our own family capital, we invest in businesses that we believe have the potential to do great things. The benefit of that is we don’t have pressure from external investors, or a timeframe in which we need to pay back funds.

In the same way you started your business, our investment company was started through passion for remarkable business and long-term success, not greed and short-term profits.

It’s hard to put a price tag on years of work and dedication. That’s why our offers will always be fair and our process straightforward.
