Jatania Holdings announces acquisition of Sock Academy
Jatania Holdings, a family-owned investment company based in London, is pleased to announce the 100% acquisition of Sock Academy Limited from Founders Paul Hughes and Gary Schaffer.
Sock Academy is a Hertfordshire based, multi-award-winning designer and manufacturer of socks for an international client base. The company’s core products consist of innovative, quirky and colourful socks for the giftware sector. They operate as three brands including United Oddsocks, Cockney Spaniel and Cucamelon. Through these brands, the company has been able to successfully offer a diverse range of products whilst maintaining clear brand identity.
